Lace on Lace on Lace.

Growing up I would always dislike the lacey dresses my mom would put me in, but as the years go on I have learned that lace doesn't have to be extremely "girly" anymore. You can pair it with ripped denim or black accessories to give lace a more edgy feel for Spring. I love these lace patches in these denim shorts from Just USA. These shorts not only fit me perfectly, but they are excellent quality and just the right shade of light blue. And this thrift store tan lace blouse I found goes perfectly over this black lace bralette from Westlook! If you haven't shopped online at Westlook you should go check out their clothing. It's fun and full of the Spring whimsy style!

This weekend I am excited to roll out for another weekend in Savannah with a few of my dear friends. After a long work week, two days in Savannah can be all you need to feel inspired again for another week of designing. I can't wait to drink delicious craft coffee, walk the beautiful historic streets, window shop at the best stores, and lay on the beach. Savannah really is the best of both worlds.

I hope everyone has a lovely weekend as well!

Melody

A huge thank you to this sweet man for being so patient with me when we take pictures! You're the best!

Also, this song came on my Pandora station today. I love Chris Rice's piano playing, and the lyrics to this song are just so beautiful that I wanted to share it with you.
